A Gloucester that is 34-year-old man been spared prison after ‘taking gross benefit’ of a lady as he molested her inside her rest.

Ashley Tipping associated with the Dell, Barnwood, pleaded responsible during the town top court to intimately assaulting the lady on September 2 year that is last.

The court heard he had bumped to the victim, who he knew from some years before, when away socially in Gloucester on September 1.

Richard Posner, prosecuting, said the target was out with a buddy whenever she saw Tipping, whom she hadn’t talked to for around a 12 months.
